Wilderness Resort is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for a well established resort in the Wisconsin Dells area.
This position is responsible for the following:
*Coordination and tracking of seasonal employee information
*Provide assistance to HR dept in area of staffing
*Provide employees with information /direction regarding HR related services
*Provide answers related to routine interpretation of company policies and procedures
*Establish eligibility of applicants
*Prepare and direct new hire orientations
*Entry of new employee information into payroll system
*Compile personnel records, update files and documentation
*Assist with special projects & company sponsored activities

Skills/ Requirements
*Prior experience in the Human Resources field is preferred, but will consider applicants with two or more years of administrative experience
* Must have excellent interpersonal skills, detail oriented, ability to prioritze and maintain organization
* Must be proficient in PC application skills to include MS Word-MS Excel-MS Outlook. ADP software knowledge a plus, but not required
* Must be articulate with excellent communication skills, responsive problem solver, and work with a sense of urgency
* Must be able to maintain confidentiality

Working hours: First shift hours with flexibility and an occasional Saturday morning.
