Position Description
Aldridge, Inc. (dba George Webb Restaurants, a Wisconsin tradition for 60 years and counting) is looking for ambitious, enthusiastic leaders to join our team as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a city of Milwaukee location. These management positions are hands-on. As the restaurant manager, you will lead your team in providing fabulous food and friendly guest service in a casual, family environment. Responsibilities
Directs overall activities and performance of approximately 12 hourly staff members.
Ensures prompt, friendly service according to George Webb's 10-steps to service guidelines.
Monitors and maintains adequate food and beverage inventories.
Directs training, development and motivation of staff.
Assures compliance with local, state and federal laws, regulations and guidelines.
Completes daily and weekly reports and documents on a timely basis.
Ensures adherence to cash handling procedures.
Meets with and communicates effectively with other managers and corporate staff.

Even though this is a management position and you will be placed on our fast track, you will need to start out as a Server/Cook and successfully complete Server/Cook Training along with other George Webb courses prior to becoming a manager.
