The Senior Account Executive is responsible for day-to-day management of assigned accounts. He/she determines the workflow and ensures that client goals are met.
- Initiates projects based on approved strategies and tactics and is responsible for managing the budget.
- Initiating projects including determining appropriate resources needed, eg, which departments are pertinent to the project including freelance assistance.
- Is the day-to-day client contact.
- He/she is responsible for attending and conducting client status meetings and internal project status meetings; oral and written presentations; and reviewing all project financials including ensuring that billing is conducted on schedule.
- Is proficient in the science involved in the categories in which he/she works.
- Must be comfortable communicating with physicians, clients and vendors

- 3+ years account management/client services experience in medical education communications agency
- Must have Oncology experience
