We are looking for a fast-track manager candidate to recruit, train and develop a start-up sales team in one of our established offices.  You will be expected to lead by example in actively selling our services while building a sales team to support your efforts.  Transworld Systems has over 80 sales offices nationwide and most of our managers had to spend years qualifying to manage a team.  In our fast-track program you will be able to leverage your experience and skills and begin building a successful team in months, not years.

You must be entrepreneurial, success-driven, and possess the relationship and management skills to lead people.

Requirements:

-          4+ years of successful business-to-business outside sales experience

-          3+ years of successful sales management experience with an emphasis on teambuilding

-          Analytical, computer and interpersonal skills are a must

-          Must be able to follow a business plan and lead by example

-          A high-energy entrepreneurial attitude is a big plus

-          Four year college degree preferred
