This top tier Florida law firm's Miami office is looking for a Shareholder and/or Senior Associate with a minimum of 5+ years of law firm experience to join the Employment Practice Group. The ideal candidate will be a self motivated attorney who will become the "go to" employment practitioner in Miami-Dade. Litigation, counseling and client relation skills are required. Complex trial experience, top academics and Spanish language skills preferred. Must be a member of the Florida Bar.
