Our client, located near Exeter, NH is seeking a Compensation Analyst/HRIS Administrator to develop, implement and administer the company’s compensation programs and maintain relevant portions of the HRIS.
Must have advanced Excel, payroll systems, HR data management and database reporting skills; ADP EV5 experience is preferred
A minimum of five years compensation experience, including designing and administering pay structures and programs in a fast paced, human resources department is required. BS required, MS preferred.
