Doctorate level Nurse Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner with a PhD is needed full time to join the faculty of a university near the Twin Cities in Minnesota. This year-round position incorporates both didactic theoretical and clinical instruction. Provide instruction to approximately thirty students in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program, including classroom lectures and laboratory training. Responsibilities may include local off-site clinical rotation supervision of eight students. The right candidate will be encouraging, accessible, and have a passion for sharing their knowledge with the next generation of RNs. A completed doctorate in nursing is required. Formal teaching experience is preferred, but candidates without a teaching background may also apply and develop skills with the help of their fellow faculty instructor, this is a very welcoming team.
