Job Description
- Reporting to the National Account Manager, the Sales Account Manager will have responsibility for maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients and establishing relationships with new clients for our Professional Services (PS) business in with our clients.
Role Description:
- Establishes relationships with new client managers resulting in new PS revenue streams.
- Strengthens and expands existing client relationships to produce and enhance PS revenue.
- Successfully recruits IT professionals for all client PS positions and opportunities.
- Pro-actively identifies and pursues opportunities for PS business with IT-Project Managers.
- Responsible for pre-screening and interviewing potential candidates and ensuring completion of all paperwork for new hires.
- Assists in preparation of advertisements using newspapers, trade journals, Internet sources and other related media.
- Prepares and sends out staffing services agreements, follows up on outstanding agreements and tracks receipt of signed contracts.
- Pro-actively keeps in touch with Resource base from an Employee
- Relations perspective as well as for Networking.
- Assists in maintenance of active resource pipeline database.
- Logs all sales activity in the appropriate SFA tools and generates appropriate reports for review by management.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
- Must have at least 4 years of sales experience in IT staffing and
- at least 1 year of experience in recruitment
