Duties: Full time staff position on IT team. Responsible for configuring, maintaining and supporting business processes within SAP PP and MM modules including documentation and training. Will consult with the user community regarding business functional needs; lead and manage projects that create and/or extend and enhance capabilities. Will develop, examine and maintain business model, and recommend changes when appropriate and provide Project Management for business and IT combined efforts. Will determine needs of the users, document and develop options for solutions to issues, problems and reporting needs. Provide functional help and support in SAP PP and MM modules, maintain and update SAP Documentation and Data Flow information. Will Open, Respond and Research OSS notes.
Ideal Background: Bachelors Degree, preferably with a concentration in Business Administration or Management of Information Systems and 3+ years SAP functional IT Business Analyst experience within PP and MM modules working in a manufacturing environment with previous project management experience. Experience with Implementations and Conversions a plus; Project Leadership experience required. Expertise with: IMG configuration as it pertains to the PP/MM processes, Master Planning and Product Data Management; Warehousing storage locations and shipping points; basic data units of measure, bill of materials, replenishment lead times, lot sizes etc.; Product Costing; MRP; SOP and supply chain forecasting, scheduling, and routing.
