Position: Branch Manager
Reports to: District and Area Managers
PURPOSE/FUNCTION:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining efficient operation and continued growth of branch with the direction of District and Area Managers. Provide leadership, direction, quality, and effective tools to assure growth and competence to all branch associates.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
> Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that transactions are completed properly
> Ensure administrative duties are followed and completed as outlined in the Corporate Management.
> Maintain Employee files and process all new hire paperwork according to methods and time set forth by H.R.
> Communicate an image consistent with company standards.
> Recognize and develop skills/abilities of associates in order to meet branch and company objectives.
> Review operating results of branch daily, weekly and monthly to identify areas of opportunity for increased profits and decreased expenses.
> Maintain marketing tracking sheets.
> Provide guidance to all members of branch in all aspects of operations
> Provide on-site training instruction on all aspects of leadership, company procedures and policies.
> Help in development, implementation and evaluation on a variety of training programs.
> Ensure branch staff fully comprehends their job description and understands our computer system.
> Control payroll cost.
> Maintain an on-going marketing campaign for the branch.
> Recruiting, hiring, training, disciplining, evaluating and discharging of branch staff.
> Control cash flow, balancing and audits.
> Ensure procedures outlining opening, closing, banking, collections, audits, marketing and other company policies are followed daily.
> Maintain company standards as related to staffing, operations, marketing and customer service.
> Provide operational support through working with other departments to solve issues that develop
> Local travel for marketing, collections and banking responsibilities.
> Maintain a clean well organized store including office and lobby.
> Perform any additional duties or responsibilities which may become necessary when directed by your superiors.
SKILL, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
> Strong personal and management skills.
> Excellent time management skills.
> Experience in service/banking industry.
> Preferably 2+year’s management experience.
> Ability to coach and develop people.
> Some working experience with computers.
