Director of ICU/PCU needed for mid-size, community hospital in south Tennessee. Position reports to the CNO. This is a 16 bed unit with potential for 16 additional beds down the road. Approximately 35 FTEs reporting. This is a general ICU unit. This hospital has received recognition for both Quality as well as Patient Satisfaction scores. This is a new and evolving position. Hiring salary range for this position is: $72,000 to $90,000. This position is eligible for an annual bonus. Education: BSN or enrollment in a BSN or Health Related Field program within 1 yr of acceptance of position AND nursing experience equal to two years clinical to one year of BSN program. Experience: RN with 2 yrs demonstrated management/supervisory experience. Professional Requirement: RN license recognized by the state of Tennessee.
