Real Estate Controller/ Property Manager

Our client, a real estate company, is looking for an experienced controller/property manager to administrate the books and the staff.

Requirements:
This candidate must be a detail oriented and independent self-starter with the ability to prioritize and operate in a small office environment.
This candidate must be able to multi-task with the ability to conduct business in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
This individual must possess a strong real estate property management background for both residential and commercial properties.
Excellent senior-level accounting skills including strong A/R & A/P background.

This candidate must possess 3+ years of Property Management experience.

Accounting/PM Responsibilities:Preparation of Payroll
Preparation of budget reporting
Reconciliation of multiple bank accounts by property
Preparation of investor financial statements by property
Assisting in the preparation of tax filings by property
Liaison between the company and tenants on all matters
Handling of service calls for all new and existing tenants
Preparation and processing of tenant rent billing
Arrange tenant move ins and move outs including the preparation of all leases
Follow-up with delinquent tenant accounts

Managerial/ Office Responsibilities:
Responsible for operating the office daily
Ordering of supplies and inventory
Opening and closing of the office
Working side-by-side with the Principals
This candidate must have excellent communication skills.
Strong computer knowledge and experience with Excel is a must!

Salary Range: 60k-75k p/ year.
