Well established Rehabilitation Center is looking for Licensed Physical Therapist to work in their facility in the Willmar area of Minnesota. The primary focus will be on outpatients, but other areas to which this individual can provide therapy services would include inpatients at the hospital, nursing home residents, home care clients; patients participating in aquatic therapy, vestibular rehab, and other agencies, as per contract. The therapist is responsible for professional assessment (evaluation), treatment, and communication. The individual also participates in department related activities, at the discretion of the department director, designed to maintain and increase professional skills.

Candidates must have solid experience in outpatient rehabilitation therapy including evaluating and planning treatments for patients of all ages, and operating physical therapy equipment.  Also required is a thorough understanding of pathology and contra-indication to treatment, knowledge of anatomy, physiology, growth and development, and hospital policy.

Candidates must have a currant State of Minnesota Physical Therapist License.

Graduate of a program in Physical Therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association is required.

Salary is up to $75k D.O.E. with full benefits.

Relocation expenses for the right candidate are provided by the company.
