Our Client in the insurance industry recently initiated several large programs and are looking for a number of Business Analysts and Project Managers. We have some open opportunities and are anticipating more upcoming requirements in the near future. The 6-month minimum assignments require 5+ years working experience with insurance (Health, life, property and casualty).

PROJECT MANAGER
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the quality, delivery, management and successful execution of insurance projects
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and other stakeholders, ensuring business and technical objectives are met
• Monitors activities against a project plan using project controls and measures. Thorough understanding and practical application of project management methodologies, tools and techniques.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years of Project Management experience managing large projects
• Insurance industry experience is mandatory
• Proficient in MS Project
• Mandatory strong verbal and written communication skills
• Project metrics gathering, creation, reporting, and analysis
• Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines

BUSINESS ANALYST
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for liaising with business and technical teams to analyze business needs and work towards recommending solutions that meet sponsor/stakeholder needs. Project work consists of multiple projects of low, medium to high level complexity and risks.
• Participate and manage Business Analyst responsibilities in accordance with Project Management Framework (PMF) and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) deliverables.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience involving large projects
• Working knowledge of banking and/or insurance industry is mandatory
• Mandatory strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency writing clear, effective and well-structured business documentation
