Focus Services is a privately owned call center service provider, specializing in multi-product telesales and customer relationship management. Founded in 1995 with two employees, Focus has grown year over year by building strong, collaborative and effective vendor relationships with clients across multiple industries. Currently, Focus has just under 2,000 employees working in 9 Focus facilities, both domestically and internationally.
Employer is now hiring for a Bank of America campaign director position. This position would be responsible for the daily running and management of a call center campaign. Other duties include but are not limited to overseeing of sales goals, developing forecast plans to meet call volume, and coaching supervisors on performance. Applicants must have experience in call center operations peferably working with a client in the banking/credit card industry. Applicant must have experience with client management. Must be able to work in fast paced environment with the ability to handle high stress.
