Position requires 1 year of sophisticated experience working in the area of trusts & estates including but not limited to, estate planning, estate administration (probate) and trust administration. LL.M. is required. All candidates must have excellent academic credentials. Candidate must have strong writing and research skills, and be able to work independently as well as be a team player. Candidate should also be a member of the Florida Bar or willing to sit for next examination.
