Trial Services Consultant - Outside Sales

Kroll Ontrack/TrialGraphix has become one of the top leaders in the industry offering discovery, trial consulting, and presentation services to trial attorneys, law firms, and corporate counsel at Fortune 500 companies. We currently seek a dynamic outside sales professional to join our Business Development team.
This is a front line, client-facing, direct sales role where you will take responsibility for generating sales in the Washington D.C. metro area. You will consult with attorneys, law firms and corporate counsel at Fortune 500 companies to increase revenue and build brand loyalty around our Trial Services products and offerings in the areas of trial consulting, jury selection, and presentation services.
Consultative sales activities include prospecting, cold calling, and networking, with the goal of coordinating face-to-face meetings with clients that would benefit from our products/services. Throughout the sales process, you will partner with our design and production teams to close deals and maximize opportunities, ensuring the highest levels of service.
Travel is required primarily in and around Washington D.C. with occasional trips to Corporate Headquarters in Minneapolis, MN and/or to various industry conferences.
Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree with a minimum of five years outside sales experience (C-Level executives) is required. JD is a plus.
- Candidates with a strong aptitude for or experience in technology related sales are preferred.
- We are looking for a highly motivated and polished sales professional with an aptitude for technology
- This position requires an effective communicator, presenter, and relationship builder with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Candidates currently residing in or near the downtown Washington D.C. area will be given preference. Relocation is not offered with this position.
