Job Function:

As regional sales and marketing representative for SUGOI you are our Brand ambassador. You primary objectives include identifying and maximizing all sales, distribution, and marketing opportunities to ensure sales, marketing and Brand development goals are achieved.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Ø Responsible for all sales and marketing activities within a designated territory.

Ø Sell to and provide exceptional support and customer service to SUGOI dealers.

Ø Meet with existing and potential new dealers on a regular and consistent basis. Minimum 80% travel required.

Ø Identify new business opportunities, make contact with prospective customers, open new customers and expand distribution to ensure goals are achieved.

Ø Assist dealers with managing their business. This includes assortment planning, merchandising, inventory, management, and marketing.

Ø Identify and work with consumers to ensure all custom sales opportunities are maximized. This includes regional events, clubs, teams, corporate sales, etc.

Ø Communicate trends, competitive information, and retailer and consumer feedback to SUGOI.

Ø Distribute POP to dealers as necessary and assist with implementation and merchandising.

Ø Conduct seasonal product knowledge clinics for retail staff.

Ø Maintain relationships with existing customers through effective customer service.

Ø Maintain regular contact and work with inside sales and customer service team assigned to territory, and work together to resolve dealer issues and improve sales and service techniques.

Ø Identify and participate in key consumer and retail events within territory.

Ø Utilize tools and resources available to ensure sales and marketing plans are achieved.

Ø Assist with the annual sales and marketing plan development.

Ø Recommend and implement new sales strategies.

Ø Follow internal controls and company policies set by company and job function.

Ø Contribute to the success of the company by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Ø Bachelor’s degree required.

Ø Minimum 3-5 years direct selling experience. Retail experience a plus.

Ø Superior customer service and sales skills required.

Ø Must be a team player and willing to assist in other areas such as logistics and inside service.

Ø Must be able to use MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and Powerpoint.

Ø Must be willing to travel on a regular basis.

Ø Must be able to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.

Ø Valid drivers’ license required.

Ø Operable and reliable personal vehicle required.

Ø Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ø This individual must be based in the greater Seattle or Portland areas.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift and move heavy object in excess of 50 pounds. Must be able to drive.
