- This individual will perform mathematical analysis and modeling for our Actuarial dental products that provide management with statistical findings and conclusions.
- The foundational analysis will impact pricing and risk assumptions.
- Perform data analysis, Actuarial modeling, and participate in client relationships.
- Responsibilities will also include designing and running complex data programs and performing quantitative analysis of Actuarial, financial, utilization and costs data.
- Responsibilities may include development of rates, forecasting / trend analysis, network analysis and reporting experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Undergraduate degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Economics or related degree.
- Must demonstrate extensive experience in healthcare data analysis and developing Actuarial pricing, reserving and / or loss ratio methodologies and assumptions.
- Must be Actuarial exam on the track, having passed at least 3 or more exams (ASA or FSA designation desirable).
- Demonstrated work experience developing program rates, preparing cost estimates, calculating Reserving and loss ratios for Healthcare - Dental, Vision or Specialty Benefits are highly desirable.
- Pricing and Reserving model development experience.
- Superior skills in Excel, SQL, SAS and / or VBA.
