The successful candidate will  provide leadership and direction for the emergency services and SANE Program. The position requires oversight for patient care, responsibility for establishing standards of nursing services, and leadership and accountability for the operations. The successful candidate will  maintain physician relations, and empower clinical care givers by soliciting input in improving patient care. The position will be responsible for  assisting in the achievement of the goals of the Emergency Dept. and maintaining that hospital policies and procedures are adhered to. The position requires 3-5 years experience in Emergency Nursing, and 2 years of management/supervisory experience. Salary 87 to 124K based on experience and relocation assistance is available.
