The  Director of Trauma is responsible for the organization of services and systems necessary for a multidisciplinary approach to providing care for injured patients. The successful candidate is responsible for day to day process and performance improvements related to nursing and ancillary personnel and assists the Trauma Medical Director in carrying out the same functions for the positions. The Trauma Director will direct the educational, clinical, research, administrative and outreach resources to deliver optimal quality care to trauma patients. BSN preferred Colorado RN license required. Experience in Trauma leadership required. Salary 65k to 93k depending on experience, with relocation assistance available.
