Basic Purpose
- Manages the client relationships and placement of IT professionals (billable consultants, field support, and/or product application support) for assigned account(s)/region(s). Plans, organizes, and evaluates work schedules and assignments.
- Works with clients to resolve scheduling or work problems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Must have IT Staff Augmentation Sales experience.
- Business Development
- Total account responsibility for a region; set and achieve business targets for financial client(s)
- Single Collabera point of contact for a particular account/region; work closely with recruiting and project team to insure delivery of staffing and project requirements
- Responsible for direct business
- Develop staffing business and cross-sell onsite solutions, including turnkey project solutions, and offshore solutions business
- Map the account - build client relationships at the “C” level and with managers throughout the account organization who purchase IT consulting services
- Develop individual leads
- Build a sales team in accordance with business need
- Become thoroughly familiar with client systems and processes for submitting resumes
- Motivate sales team to attain sales objectives
- Communicate and prioritize client requirements to sales executives and recruiters
- Negotiate bill rates with client managers
- Ensure sales team is maximizing utilization of recruiting staff
- Manage sales executives to ensure quick turn-around time for qualified resume submittal for all open requirements
- Resolve all client issues
Strategic Planning
- Develop account penetration strategy
- Create, develop and write sales plan for the account
Marketing
- Conduct client meetings to build and maintain relationships
- Develop and prepare proposals
- Lead sales presentations
- Sales Process & Training
- Submit weekly and other related sales reports
- Become thoroughly familiar with the Collabera Sales Executive Training
Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- Must be techno-commercially savvy.
- Advanced working knowledge of PC and related software applications.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services, preferably with Banks/Financial Services.
- Must have 3-5 years IT Staff Augmentation Sales experience.
