We are experiencing dramatic growth. We are looking for hard working competent professionals who can sell the value of an education. In this role, you will qualify, interview and follow up with students who are planning or changing professional careers. Most of the day will be spent speaking to potential students on the telephone and using a computer.
Experience Required:
Minimum Job Requirements: Associate’s degree or must be currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s degree program. Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Outlook. Ability to learn other systems and programs. 2 years sales experience. Note: Please be prepared to bring an official signed and sealed transcript from the Registrar’s Office of your school to the 1st Interview in order to verify degree and/or current enrollment.
Preferred Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. Five or more years of management and/or supervisory experience. Five or more years of inside sales and/or high commission sales experience, preferably sales of intangible products or services. Track record of achieving targeted results.

• Must be able to work some evening and weekend shifts
• Ability to communicate accurately and positively by telephone, e-mail, and other media to students and internal customers
• Ability to follow processes, work effectively on a team, and maintain a positive attitude
Measurement of Success:
Admissions Advisors will be evaluated based on (a) their ability to meet the weekly minimum standards to ensure that advisors are on track to meet the minimum requirements of the position, (b) ability to learn and adhere to required and updated processes, and follow them productively; (c) ability to work effectively on a team, both within and across Kaplan University departments; and (d) attitude and enthusiasm.
