Xenon Consulting Inc. specializes in Enterprise BI Development & Deployment. We are dedicated to building long-term relationships with customers through quality services, customer support, and are recognized as a leading Business Intelligence software and services provider. We are currently hiring for Account Managers for the Northeast Territory. The ideal candidates must be able to find qualified opportunities, be an aggressive closer and be creative in handling customer objections.


Required: Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience. Demonstrated experience of achieving sales quotas/revenue objectives, Goal oriented in closing deals and meeting/ exceeding monthly sales quotas. Proven record of finding and closing deals, Ability to sell at $100,000 transaction size with confidence. Must be creative in overcoming obstacles and customer objections to ensure that opportunities close within the sales cycle. Prospecting new clients and maintaining current clients, showing the value Xenon is to the clients. Excellent Account Management, building and maintaining relationship with clients, closing and win-win negotiating skills. Self-motivated to drive revenue in a territory account model, via different sales mediums. A Self –starter, when an opportunity uncovered, the incumbent should be able to own the opportunity and close the deal in a timely manner.

Uses discretion in the sales cycle in including upper management in final stages. Able to retrieve information from customers on the business problem and tailor the services to the customer’s needs by asking detailed questions the first time around to understand the challenge at hand. Work independently, and be adaptable to change. Possess a sense of urgency to achieve and exceed quota requirements. Competitive nature. Excellent Interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, phone and presentation skills. 4 YR Bachelor degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience. Update customer and pipeline information in a timely manner in CRM system.

Preferred: Minimum of 5 years related software and services selling experience with skills and expertise in selling deals ranging in size from $50,000 to $450,000. Knowledge and experience with the Business Intelligence marketplace and products. IT Sales Experience. Experience in selling to C-Level. Experience with Salesforce.com.

We offer a competitive compensation with an on target earnings of $175K. Compensation Plans include: commission only or limited base plus commission with an excellent health benefits package, generous vacation, 401k and paid holidays.
