Bryn Mawr Care, an intermediate care nursing facility for the chronic mentally ill, is seeking to hire an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing. Bryn Mawr Care provides care and services to 174 on Chicago’s north side. 

 

The Assistant Director of Nursing will assist the Director of Nursing in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the daily operations of the Nursing Department.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience working with an MI population in a hospital, long term care, or other healthcare setting.

 

Registered nurse with unencumbered IL nursing license.

 

Commitment to exceptional patient care.

 

Minimum of one year supervisory experience.

 

Strong leadership skills.

 

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
