EXECUTIVE POSITION – NATIONAL COMPANY – TO OVERSEE COMPLEX COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS

A company involved in the wireless communications and financial services industries nationwide seeks a Senior-Level Manager to supervise a team that oversees the closings of multiple sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive managerial experience at either a law firm, financial institution, major mortgage company or similar entity as an administrator, closing supervisor, attorney, or corporate officer, and have a thorough understanding of both the “origination side” and “legal side” of commercial real estate deals.  A strong background not only in management, but also with the negotiation and review of complex commercial leases, commercial easements, and commercial closing agreements generally is essential.

The company works in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and the candidate will need strong communication, organizational and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively multi-task, supervise, and manage multiple projects and closings.  Some prior experience and an understanding of the wireless communications industry is not a requirement, but definitely a plus.
