1. Extensive experience with highly complex and multi-party IT programs and COTS implementation. 2. Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams. 3. Experience interacting with High-Level Executives and Senior Management. 4. Experience with Project Budget Management over multi-million dollar budgets. 5. Ability to take strategic decisions related to the project. 6. Ability to guide senior executives and help them make appropriate high-level and strategic decisions. 7. Experience managing multiple concurrent Vendors and contracts. 8. Experience managing project staff of significant size. 9. Ability to manage relationship with stakeholders and across a large enterprise 10. Ability to influence senior leadership and business stakeholders to adopt new ideas, approaches and solutions. 11. Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate a resolution between multiple parties and stakeholders. 12. Ability to understand potential of project and its impact.
