They are nationally-authorized, are experienced with new construction lending as well as existing property financing, and have closed both low-income and market-rate transactions. They offer all FHA commercial loan programs, service the loans they close, and sell their loans as GNMA securities, so no one can beat their pricing.

Responsibile for assisting with servicing of $150MM loan portfolio, mostly multifamily. Help to transition small company to a new servicing system.

Several years in banking, finance or accounting, no servicing experience necessary, but must be detail oriented and have desire to learn FHA business.
