Duties: Our client is a national and international distribution firm looking for a full time permanent Project Manager to drive IT projects and still keep a hands-on technical role. You will be responsible for IT Project Management for multi-year implementation of RedPrairie Warehouse Management System and rollout to multiple facilities nationwide. Will take a hands-on approach to getting things done in addition to leadership to implement systems.
Ideal Background: Bachelors degree and 5+ years of deep technical experience implementing RedPrairie WMS with a solid knowledge of source code and ability to create new RF screens. 3+ years Project Management experience in RedPrairie WMS implementations or rollouts in multi-sites; PMP certification preferred. Project Management and technical expertise for RedPrairie WMS implementations from design and configuration to development, testing, training and go-live support; including MOCA development to write policies, change data and translate interfaces; and SQL and TOAD for information/table access and new process design/creation. Current experience using Integrator to develop WMS interfaces.
