Hospital is seeking a Physician Assistant to provide first assist for cardiothoracic surgery. The successful candidate will provide assistance to 8 CT surgeons who perform 1,000 pump cases annually. The institution is a 122 bed state-of-the-art stand alone heart center. This facility is world renown for its advancements in robotic training and research. 100% OR time. No floor, no clinic. Call is 1:4 and every 4th weekend. Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience with vein harvesting and/or first assist.
