MANDATE
The principal objective of this position is to effectively and profitably manage the client’s
experience by offering our clients added-value floral products and services

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage clients account through creating and implementing client action plans
Revise and update action plans in a timely manner
Provide progress report on action plans as required
Ensure follow-up on client order information and enquiries
Respond clearly and accurately to questions and need for information from colleagues and clients
Update client information in their system
Promote company’s programs (seasonal, standing orders, etc.)
Ensure accuracy and follow-up on client standing order and order changes made in their system
Conduct key holiday planning activities with clients
Support team members in achieving departmental goals (for example in the coordination of key Holidays clients order processing)
Participate in the preparation and distribution of promotional materials
Work as an active team member, prepare and participate in Sales/Marketing related projects and meetings
Contribute to the growth of the company by actively participating in the development
of the company’s system changes, developments and improvements (i.e. client
Web training & reports, etc.)
Develop his competencies through continuous improvement activities and programs
Act as a key player in the team by developing and maintaining harmonious professional relationships with colleagues and clients
Contribute to the success of sales activities by handling day-to-day responsibilities
EDUCATION REQUIRED
Completion of post secondary degree or diploma in Administration is necessary. Other
relevant education or experience will be considered.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
2 to 4 years experience in sales, or otherwise related experience is necessary;
Experience or knowledge on horticulture or floral products is an asset.

Demonstrated ability to provide effective service in a client-oriented environment;
Ability to meet deadlines and Multitask in a detail and quality oriented, time sensitive
environment;
Demonstrated problem solving ability;
Strong organization and planning skills;
Strong oral and written communication skills (includes active listening);
Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office;
Must be able to work well in a team environment;
Flexible availability (office opening and weekend schedules).
