We are pleased to post the following opportunity based from our El Monte office.

 

The Energy Specialist is responsible for the outreach and marketing of a program which consists of personalized energy conservation education and installation of weatherization measures to households in targeted areas. Energy Specialists proactively contact and canvass customers in identified areas throughout the Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties to educate, qualify and promote the home weatherization program.

 

We are searching for individuals who have at least 2 years of work experience, preferably with a sales or door-to-door canvassing background. Successful individuals will be outgoing and enjoy interacting with people from various backgrounds. They must be self motivated and eager to venture into various communities. Applicants must have access to their own vehicle, possess a clear driving record, and must pass pre-employment screening including a drug test and criminal background check.  Bilingual candidates who are fluent in English and Spanish will be given preference. A good knowledge of the geography Los Angeles County, San Bernardino County & Riverside County is also required.
