The Lodge at Woodloch is a destination spa located in the Northeast Lake region of Pennsylvania. Shortly after our June 2006 opening, Forbes online named The Lodge at Woodloch one of the “10 Most Luxurious Spas in the United States.” Insider’s Guide 2006 listed The Lodge as one of the “100 Best Spas of the World.”
The Lodge at Woodloch is currently seeking a Spa Desk Supervisor to oversee and monitor all facets of the spa desk operations. The Spa Desk Supervisor will train and supervise the spa concierge staff, supervise the daily operation of appointment scheduling and guest reception area. This individual must maintain a thorough knowledge of resort programs, offerings, activities and facilities and ensure that spa concierge maintain that same level of knowledge; oversee ordering of equipment and supplies and maintain inventory control for the reception area; attend and participate in regular staff meetings and management meetings as directed by the Spa Manager, and perform other tasks as assigned by Management.
