Thanks to an exciting travel visa program and some great deals available on Australia.com/workandplay, Flavorpill is getting ready to launch Flavorpill Melbourne! We just need one thing: an editor.

To be eligible for our Flavorpill Australia job, you must be 18-30 (it's a bummer, but these are the visa restrictions set forth by the Australian government), and obviously, we have some pretty high standards for Managing Editor.

The Editor is responsible for curating (and writing some of) the content that runs in Melbourne; for hiring and maintaining a team of local writers, and editing and publishing their content. They will be responsible for generating revenue by selling banner inventory or by hiring local talent to do the same. Additionally, Editor will seek out and manage local partnerships, looking to raise Flavorpill subscriptions and visibility. Qualified Editors should be active in their cultural communities, with a strong interest in art, music, dance, theatre, or literature, as well as the city itself. Additionally, Editor should have experience with cultural writing, blogging, or web publishing, and have strong organizational skills. Editing and proofreading skills a must.
