Curriculum & Regional Director
Developing instructional material and coordinating educational content for our foreign language programs. Planning and organizing teacher training and workshops. Reviewing and analyzing curriculum performance. Responsible for teacher onboarding and ensuring teaching quality, including teacher recruitment. Coordinating school partnerships and negotiating curricula specifically tailored to each partner. Overseeing program logistics (staffing, materials selection, parent and administrator review, etc.) and account management. Ensuring instructional quality assurance of programming and curricula. Planning and executing educational marketing activities, overseeing school accounts, and assisting in building new partnerships. Supervise a Program Assistant and three foreign language teachers.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Education, Curriculum Development or Curriculum and Instruction and one year’s experience in position offered or one year’s experience in foreign language curriculum development.
Special requirements: Experience in foreign language instruction and account management, ensuring instructional quality assurance, teacher supervision and recruitment, planning and executing educational marketing activities. Travel to various unanticipated client sites required. May reside anywhere in the United States.
