Azure Support Engineers
Provide support for large and complex geographically distributed enterprise environments using knowledge of PKI, SSL, networking and authorization flows, Windows Server and Azure Cloud. Provide documentation and ability to translate complex technical processes into simple to follow written guides. Coordinate Azure Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Manage Service Blades in Azure Portal, Office 365 Identity and Cloud Domain. Perform Cloud User and configuration. Perform activities necessary to quickly mitigate outages and service interruptions in the environment by recommending and implementing workarounds. Communicate solutions and recommendations to the manager and ensure that customers have the information and tools to address similar issues in the future. Troubleshooting complex scenarios within Active Directory Windows networking, replication, Group Policy Management and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) certificate services. Delivering service deployment and expansion, whilst working with stream leads in order to integrate cloud technologies via Azure and Office 365.
Requirements: Master’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Computer and Information Sciences, Information Technology or Engineering and one year’s experience in position or one year’s experience in IT field (or Bachelor’s Degree and five years’ experience).
Special requirements: Experience with PKI, SSL, networking and authorization flows, Windows Server and Azure Cloud. Travel to various unanticipated client sites required. May reside anywhere in the United States.
