Operations Escalation Engineers
Operations Escalation Engineers – Planning and executing a variety of methodologies as part of the testing stage in the overall project development of embedded wireless equipment. Creating test scripts, models and prototypes. Researching, planning and developing project strategies. Analyzing and developing 3G UMTS & 4G LTE Wireless Node Elements like RNC, NodeB & eNodeB, RRU, HLR/HSS, MME & IMS. Coordinating the acceptance test plans. Performing RNC commissioning (Linux OS), scripting/integration to MSS, MGW, SGSN, GGSN,SAS, etc based on CIQ. Assisting in ATP testing including call-P, handovers, e-911, CSFB, Volte & SRVCC. Overseeing the implementation of test validations of the equipment. Troubleshooting issues in case of CS/PS call drops, outages, etc by analyzing UE, S1, UU interface traces & other Layer 2/3 routing and signalling protocols like GTPv2, SIP, DNS, Diameter, etc using Wire shark. Ensuring the optimization of the developed equipment. Producing project documentation.
Requirements: Master’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering and one year’s experience in position or one year’s experience in Engineering field (or Bachelor’s Degree and five years’ experience).
Special requirements: Experience with testing embedded wireless equipment, RNC commissioning and ATP testing. Travel to various unanticipated client sites required. May reside anywhere in the United States.
