Analyzing user requirements and defining functional specifications using Agile methodology. Performing software analysis, design, development and implementation of enterprise applications. Implementing Order Management System on Cloud using Sterling and AWS cloud. Implementing Elastic Load Balancers for Load Balancing applications and health checks for system and applications, Auto scaling groups to scale up or down Sterling core server components like Application, Agent and Integration servers, Container services for Docker implementations, Oracle Database using Amazon RDS, Elastic cloud computing with Linux as operating system to run applications, and Amazon Queue services for Agent servers. Certifying the POC and the design. Implementing pipeline Using micro job, shell scripting and using Jenkins for Build and Deployment. Leading the development of the AWS Cloud Formation Template. Creating system requirements and performing design and analysis. Performing project execution by following the software development life cycle starting from Planning, Requirement analysis, Design, Development, Integration and Test, Deployment and Evaluation. Leading the analysis of business requirements and providing IT solutions on application functionalities. Participating in requirement gathering, planning and analyzing user needs, identifying bottlenecks in the design and proposing an optimized solution following iterative and incremental Agile methodology. Preparing Unit test plan and executing test cases for developed code. Analyzing test results and recommending modifications to the applications and systems to meet project specifications. Performing DevOps ensuring a culture of testing and releasing software on Cloud continuously using automation and monitoring. Providing guidance and subject matter expertise on testing and quality assurance methodologies and processes. Finalizing requirements, preparing functional/technical designs, coding, code reviews for promising server and order management systems using Sterling OMS, Java, Unix Scripting, AWS Cloud (ELB, S3, Dynamo DB, SNS, SQS and EC2), Jenkins, and Springboot. Leveraging NoSQL using AWS DynamoDB to ensure data storage is designed for security, reliability, availability, maintainability and performance. Recommending modifications to the project scope throughout the project life cycle based on the project status and business issues arising during the project.
Requirements: Master’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology or Engineering and two years’ experience in position or two years’ experience in IT field (or Bachelor’s Degree and five years’ experience).
Special requirements: Experience with Sterling OMS, Java, Unix Scripting, AWS, Jenkins and Springboot. Travel to various unanticipated client sites required. May reside anywhere in the United States.
