Planning and executing a variety of methodologies as part of the concept stage in the overall project development of security solutions for middleware products. Researching, planning and developing project strategies. Defining and developing cybersecurity baseline for innovation-middleware products using Cybersecurity, IBM Datapower Gateway, IBM API Connect, Middleware/EAI/SOA integration, Google APIGEE, RSA Archer, Nesses Pro, Qualys, Wireshark, CURL, SOAPUI and Postman. Establishing security baseline for Messaging Middleware products and define associated firm-wide security controls. Identifying risks proactively using offensive security techniques and lead risk reduction efforts. Creating an execution strategy that focuses on embedding Messaging security controls into existing practices to enhance effectiveness. Presenting to larger audience and overseeing working groups to drive approval for Middleware Security controls. Partnering with Messaging and Emerging Services product engineering team to enable ground floor security reviews of new technology and technology deployment approaches. Producing project documentation.
Requirements: Master’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology or Engineering and two years’ experience in position or two years’ experience in IT field (or Bachelor’s Degree and five years’ experience).
Special requirements: Experience with Cybersecurity, IBM Datapower Gateway, IBM API Connect and Middleware/EAI/SOA integration. Travel to various unanticipated client sites required. May reside anywhere in the United States.
