Coordinating and administering critical middleware infrastructure that supports key business functionality in multiple large-scale distributed WebSphere and JBOSS environments using IBM Message Queuing (MQ), WebSphere Application server (WAS), Replicated data queue manager (RDQM), CA API Management tool Layer7, Soap UI, MQ Explorer, RFHUTIL, Linux, HP-UX, AIX, Mainframe, AWS Cloud, DMZ and SQL Server. Configuring, administering, and troubleshooting middleware, API management and AWS cloud related technologies, including those vulnerable in security penetration tests. Deploying the code using Jenkins & Bitbucket to follow agile methodology. Participating in IBM RDQM installations/configuration, migration and production support on AWS cloud. Troubleshooting problems related to web architecture and applications in conjunction with development, networking, infrastructure teams and vendors. Creating, designing, implementing and roll-outing the API secure gateway programs. Designing multiple services based on different standards of REST, Web Services, data integration techniques, messaging, transformation engines and non-standard services (APIs). Troubleshooting issues with pre-production and production messaging, transformation engines and non-standard services (APIs). Troubleshooting issues with pre-production and production systems. Being a technical resource for direct communications to the team members in the project development, testing and implementation processes. Documenting modifications and enhancements made to the systems as required by the project.
Requirements: Master’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology or Engineering and two years’ experience in position or two years’ experience in IT field (or Bachelor’s Degree and five years’ experience).
Special requirements: Experience with IBM Message Queuing (MQ), CA API Management tool Layer7, Soap UI, MQ Explorer, RFHUtil, Linux, HP-UX, AIX, Mainframe, DMZ and SQL Server. Travel to various unanticipated client sites required. May reside anywhere in the United States.
