Analyzing information about a particular markets in terms of understanding the market segmentations; Evaluating current and future market conditions to identify opportunities for business development; Researching key industry trends relevant to the company’s offerings; Examining and making recommendations on new offerings and assessing integrating them into the company’s current offerings; Conducting market research to identify competitor information; Reviewing the market information with senior management as needed to recommend and implement new strategies for expanding current offerings or commencing new offerings; Identifying potential clients and generating a list of current employees who have the required skills that may meet the needs of the potential clients; Analyzing and implementing appropriate lead generation techniques for the market; Preparing detailed reports in terms of the company’s offerings in the region; Preparing detailed reports of the marketing efforts, the cost of the efforts and the results of the efforts; Reviewing and developing IT advertising and recruiting strategies; Conducting business development calls with potential new customers and candidates; Establishing recruiting requirements; Recommending new recruiting policies and practices; Completing follow up with current clients to assess level of satisfaction with the company’s offerings and areas of improvements; Analyzing profitability of the company’s current offerings; and Compiling reports for the company’s management on issues including current client satisfaction, the outcomes of various marketing strategies, the outcomes of recruiting strategies and how to expand the company’s business.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Marketing, Business or Commerce and six months’ experience in position or six months’ experience in Marekting or Recruiting field.
Special requirements: Experience with developing IT recruiting strategies; establishing recruiting requirements; and recommending new recruiting policies and practices. Travel to various unanticipated client sites required. May reside anywhere in the United States.
