Senior Project Managers
Perform IT project management to completion. Manage the process of definition and development of detailed requirements. Lead and guide the work of technical team. Responsible for successful completion of all phases of the project life cycle using SAP, SuccessFactors, SharePoint, Visio and Waterfall & Agile methodologies. Develop, establish and maintain project management standards and procedures and is responsible for defining project guidelines, obtaining business and information technology sponsor approvals, and coordinating resources necessary to successfully complete the project within scope, budget, and schedule. Lead the refinement of requirements, development of plans and schedules, and estimation and project maintenance. Mentor and coach junior level project management staff and matrixed team members and provides guidance on adherence to the Project Management practices. Work with senior leaders to contribute relevant data to support annual planning activities. Provide financial project performance and forecasting reports to senior executives and government regulators. Identify and evaluate the risks associated with project activities and work across organization to establish and monito mitigation plans. Establish appropriate project governance structures and processes by engaging executive sponsor and key stakeholders. Establish collaborative partnership among stakeholders to enable scoping, financial and resource decisions. Develop System specifications, data specifications for the data conversion process. Support and guide Quality Assurance (QA) team by providing input for functionality testing from business perspective. Monitor the QA and UAT defects, prioritize and escalate the defects to bring them to closure in order to achieve the project milestones.
Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Technology Management or Engineering and two years’ experience in job offered or two years’ experience in related IT field. (In lieu of a Master’s Degree, Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in any of the specified fields and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related IT Field.).
Special requirements: Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, SharePoint, Visio and Waterfall & Agile methodologies. Travel to various unanticipated client sites required. May reside anywhere in US. EOE/AA
