Senior Project Managers
Overseeing the application of project management methodologies during all phases of the project cycle using Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, Rally, Jira and Visio. Coordinating efforts to develop and analyze options to solve business problems working with business and technology partners across the organization. Overseeing Identity Access Management. Creating and implementing technical and operational plans and strategies. Ensuring programs and projects align with and can help realize the future products suit. Coordinating the Software Development Life Cycle (“SDLC”) including project design, project scope, cost control and quality and performance reporting. Developing conceptual system requirements, system integration requirements and system phasing plan. Creating detailed project design documents. Ensuring cost-effective and efficient project planning, including the development and maintenance of project plans. Managing project change orders and performance impact analysis. Preparing and presenting cost-benefit analysis for the financial application development project. Overseeing quality assurance and testing of the developed application. Defining and applying best practices for the solution architecture and communicating them to the user and development teams. Reviewing test results and recommending modifications to the applications to meet project specification using Jira and Rally. Coordinating release management process, including the development and maintenance of implementation plan. Communicating project status with project team and end user. Facilitating project communication, including track level status meeting. Identifying and communicating risk, issues and deviations from project plan. Ensuring proper transition to production support teams and impacted business area. Supervising 2 subordinate Software Developers. Documenting project plans, project status and project outcomes as required by the project.
Requirements: Master’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology or Engineering and two years’ experience in position or two years’ experience in IT field (or Bachelor’s Degree and five years’ experience).
Special requirements: Experience with Agile, Jira, Visio, overseeing Identity Access Management & conducting IT process and control assessments. Travel to various unanticipated client sites required. May reside anywhere in the United States.
