Lead Analysts II
Planning and executing a variety of methodologies in the overall project development of Oracle Applications using Oracle Unified Methods (“OUM”), EDM methodologies and MS Project for the project plan, AIM, EDM, EAM, Visio for the business process and flows, and SharePoint for the housing and sharing of project deliverable documents. Researching, planning and developing project strategies. Analyzing business and user needs. Formulating and defining system scope and objectives through research combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Meeting with project stakeholders to complete business analysis and systems analysis. Conducting workshop sessions with stakeholders to understand their current business processes. Providing Oracle SOA expertise for all Oracle application related functionalities. Designing cloud-based integration solutions using Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle BPM and Oracle Cloud. Developing user interfaces using MVC framework Oracle ADF. Performing usage of BAM to monitor activities within the SOA Suite composites. Defining, mapping and analyzing business processes and designing technology solutions to enhance business operations. Designing and implementing DevOps processes with focus on continuous integration and deployment. Analyzing business “TO-BE” and inspecting “AS-IS” to develop recommendations to achieve policy objectives. Performing fit-gap analysis in the implementation process to determine the appropriate fit of business requirements against the Oracle SOA system and to determine the viable resolution for any gaps. Reviewing test plans and test scripts for various business areas to ensure that all scenarios are covered. Overseeing all aspects of testing including establishing metrics, resource planning, bug tracking and issue assignment using tools such as Jira and Mercury Quality Center. Coordinating application security and firewalls with business users and development team. Training end users by conducting workshops and training sessions so that users can effectively use the newly implemented business systems to perform their day-to-day operations. Contributing and creating documentation according to the company’s methodology that includes quality assurance, change management process and business documentation to ensure that all facets of the project process is delivered successfully according to the business requirements.
Requirements: Master’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Business or Engineering and two years’ experience in position or two years’ experience in IT or Business Analysis field (or Bachelor’s Degree and five years’ experience).
Special requirements: Experience with Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle BPM, Oracle ADF and Oracle Cloud. Travel to various unanticipated client sites required. Telecommuting permitted. May reside anywhere in the United States.
